As Vice President of Operations, Lauren Trudeau leads OpenVault’s Marketing and Human Resources teams to inspire and optimize the people and products behind the company that is a global source of broadband technology solutions and data-driven insights. Lauren’s career in the technology, broadband and telecommunications industry began more than 20 years ago in Customer Service at Verizon Wireless, where she honed her passion and skills at helping improve the overall customer experience. Since then, she has been involved in many aspects of executive management, including Revenue Assurance and Industry Relations. In fact, Lauren was an integral original member who helped launch Omnipoint, now T-Mobile, as the Director of Customer Care. Lauren also holds an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Always a passionate customer advocate and positive communicator, today Lauren brings a true team-oriented vision to OpenVault.
In addition to motivating her coworkers and taking care of customers in the telecom and broadband business, Lauren also inspires her two productive, kind and caring adult children with her husband Mark. When she’s not traveling around the world meeting with OpenVault employees and customers, Lauren, a true Jersey girl at heart, spends her time “down the shore,” listening to Bruce and exploring Jersey City hot spots.
