Solutions Architect Roles – US / EU: 

OpenVault has an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Architect seeking an exciting and rewarding role as the regional technology lead in the Sales organization for the Broadband Service Provider segment.

Responsibilities:  

• Serve as a DOCSIS broadband technology expert within the sales organization
• Interact with customers and prospects as a trusted technical advisor
• Lead the technical effort of the sales process by delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, leading whiteboard sessions, and structuring and completing lab and field trials
• Observe and document customer and prospect technology environments to facilitate collaboration with product development teams to deliver solutions that broadband operators find valuable

Experience:  

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical role at a DOCSIS broadband service provider OR
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales engineering or solutions architect role at a DOCSIS broadband solutions provider
• Demonstrated technical expertise in DOCSIS broadband network architecture
• Problem solver, great communicator, team player
