Exhibit to highlight proven links between network data and business success

Hoboken, NJ; July 25, 2019 – OpenVault, a global provider of industry analytics and technology solutions for broadband operators, will highlight its award-winning ACS WiFi Insider and other products that can help broadband operators drive new revenue, reduce costs and improve subscriber satisfaction at the upcoming NCTC The Independent Show in Chicago, IL.

At its booth (#600) during the July 28-31 event, OpenVault will show how ACS WFi Insider – recognized last month as a leading new technology innovation by the Society for Broadband Professionals – significantly increases visibility into the connected devices on in-home WiFi networks. In addition, as part of its OV Cares initiative, the OpenVault team will be collecting unused, travel-sized personal hygiene items from event attendees to benefit Chicago-based Sarah’s Circle, an organization that provides refuge to women who are homeless or need a safe space. OV Cares’ mission is to give back to the communities in which OpenVault visits, works or travels.

OpenVault’s industry-leading products are designed to help operators not only more effectively manage their networks, but actually optimize the revenue opportunities that data growth presents. Subscriber data usage consumption trends clearly indicate that cord cutters generate nearly twice the data consumption as traditional bundle subscribers.

“Whenever we exhibit at industry events, a key discussion point is an operator’s need for broadband usage intelligence and the actionable steps they can take to monetize the information provided,” said Josh Barstow, executive vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for OpenVault.  “We look forward to sharing the insights we’ve captured through our relationships with many of the industry’s most important independent operators.”

OPENVAULT TO ANGACOM: BROADBAND USAGE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

Presentation, exhibit to highlight proven links between network data and business success

Hoboken, NJ; May 28, 2019 – OpenVault, a global provider of industry analytics and technology solutions for broadband operators, will leverage thought leadership and exhibition opportunities at ANGACOM next week to highlight how network data and WiFi insights can help broadband operators drive new revenue, reduce costs and improve subscriber satisfaction.

OpenVault’s multi-faceted presence during the June 4-6 event in Cologne, Germany will include a presentation by Mark Trudeau, the company’s founder and CEO, as part of the Network Maintenance, Management and Monetization panel (Tuesday, June 4; 1:00 – 2:15 p.m. CET), as well as an ongoing exhibit at Stand 7.H9 of OpenVault solutions that are improving operator ROI and customer experiences. The exhibit will include OpenVault’s ACS WiFi Insider, a new product that significantly increases visibility into the connected devices on in-home WiFi networks.

Speaking on the topic of “Converting Network Data into Business Opportunities,” Trudeau will discuss how increased visibility into traffic patterns can help operators achieve business goals of reduced expenses, increased customer satisfaction and incremental revenue opportunities. Trudeau will point out that data collected from existing network and other BSS/OSS resources can provide operators with insights into network congestion, device topology and service issues within the home, and mismatches between customers’ service plans and their specific bandwidth requirements.

“As broadband usage continues to grow by double-digit percentages, knowledge really is power,” said Trudeau. “By gaining a holistic view of subscriber data consumption behavior, connected devices and network congestion areas, operators often can zero in and resolve bottlenecks within the network or on the customer premises without the expense of truck rolls or on-site support. We’re looking forward to sharing the benefits of our real-world experiences that can prepare the industry for the future, and to taking strategic steps in Europe that will grow OpenVault’s product portfolio and market footprint in the months ahead.”

ANGACOM is Europe’s leading business platform for broadband operators and content providers. With more than 21,000 participants from scores of countries, the event brings together network operators, vendors, content providers, service providers, consultants, authorities and other organizations of the telecommunications and media industry.
